Xiaomi Mi 4 was released on last year July in China and was thinking to launch in India last December, but has a month delay. The company is also involved in Justice battle with Ericsson ,which could have further delayed plans for launching the Mi 3 successor in India. While the smartphone has yet to launch.
Coming about the price issue the successor of the Mi3 ,the Mi4 will be priced around 20,000/- .
