Along with some other apps Microsoft also released their “Movie Moments” app for Windows Phone 8.1 today.The Movie Moments app is basically a simple video editing app, that allows you to put together a sharing-friendly 60 second video clip. The Windows Phone 8.1 version is similar to the Windows 8.1 version, and has features such as trimming, captions, background music, and the ability to share to Facebook, OneDrive, email and more.
